mod’s hair Shinjuku South sits just a one-minute walk from Shinjuku Station’s Southeast Exit, in the building with Starbucks on the first floor (the salon is on 3F). Born from a Paris fashion-magazine hair and makeup team, the brand brought its style philosophy to Tokyo with its first Japanese salon in Harajuku in 1978. This Shinjuku location opened in 2003 and is one of the larger flagship-style salons in Japan, updated with the brand’s global interior concept introduced in 2016.
